RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY – SHOPPING NEW ROTH

1. RETURNS

We accept return requests within 14 calendar days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Be unused and in its original condition;
Be returned in its original packaging;
Include all accessories, manuals, and components originally provided;
Not show signs of misuse, abuse, modification, or accidental damage.

2. REFUNDS

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

3. EXCHANGES

We accept exchanges for:

Manufacturing defects;
Incorrect items received;
Products damaged during transit.

Exchange requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of delivery.

4. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

Shopping New Roth is not responsible for damage caused by:

Improper use of the product;
Accidents, drops, impacts, or misuse;
Unauthorized modifications;
Incorrect installation;
Failure to follow product instructions.

Products damaged due to customer actions are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges.

5. INSPECTION PROCESS

All returned products are subject to inspection.

If our inspection determines that the item was damaged through customer misuse, neglect, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications, the return, refund, or exchange request may be denied.

6. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with photos and order details so we can evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
